Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@cozywynbaby.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
